Welcome to Christ the King Preschool
Christ the King (CTK) Preschool is located in the Peachtree Corners community in Norcross, Georgia. CTK serves children from 15 months through Kindergarten age with a nurturing educational environment.
We have a two-fold mission:
- To show Christ’s love for children by giving them a loving, safe and supportive environment in which they can grow.
- To provide children with the opportunity to discover the joy and excitement of learning about themselves and their world.
The Christ the King Preschool program balances physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual experiences for each child and the whole class. Through these experiences, the school helps children to develop the abilities and creativity to foster success through years to come.
History
Christ the King Preschool was established in 1995 to provide a loving, safe, supportive school environment for children in the community. More than a decade since its inception, the school still maintains a firm dedication to providing the highest quality early childhood education program. The Preschool operates as an independent non-profit agency. It is a ministry of Christ the King Lutheran Church, and supports the relationship with the church through a Board of Directors comprised partially of church members, preschool parents and other interested members of the community. Christ the King Preschool also ensures that the curriculum adheres to the theology of the ELCA.
